It can accommodate payloads of over 5,000 lbs. and has GVWRs from 8,550 lbs. to 10,360 lbs. The Transit essentially does everything from carrying people to hauling cargo. It also features smart technology that enhances convenience and safety. This technology includes standard rearview camera which transmits an image of what is behind the vehicle to the driver’s mirror. There is also trailer hitch assist available to help the driver line up their trailer hitch with the receiver. The Transit is actually a major transformation of the previous generation of the Ford full-size van.
